How long does it take to ship a surfboard?

Stock boards typically ship within 2-4 business days. Custom orders involve a shaping and glassing process that currently takes approximately 6-8 weeks before dispatch.

What is your return policy on surfboards?

All surfboard sales are final. However, if your board arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage to initiate a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most coastal regions worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of the board and your specific location.

How do I choose the right volume for my skill level?

We recommend using our online Board Selector tool or consulting our volume chart. Generally, beginners should look for higher volume for stability, while advanced surfers prefer lower volume for maneuverability.

Can I customize a specific model?

Absolutely. You can customize the dimensions, fin plug system (FCS II or Futures), glassing weight, and artwork through our Custom Board Builder.

Are fins included with the board purchase?

To allow surfers to choose their preferred setup, fins are sold separately. All boards come equipped with either Futures or FCS II fin boxes as specified in the product description.
