At Channel Islands Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring surfboards are double-padded and fins are placed in their protective cases.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
